MARK PRICE - MANAGING DIRECTOR Mark has been a member of the National Association of Estate Agents for 15 years and has had 20 years experience in the business working for Lawlor Hill & Company Estate Agents, Birmingham Midshire Estate Agents and Price Wentworth & Company Estate Agents. Thus making Mark the only local agent to have had 20 years knowledge of the local property market. In 1998 Mark ventured out on his own and opened Mark Price & Company Estate Agents, which over the last 6 years has grown into a highly established company.
CHERRY PRICE - DIRECTOR Cherry has worked in the business for 24 years. Having been a joint owner in Lawlor Hill & company Estate Agents she brings a wealth of experience to the company in her role as Senior Progress Manager.
DAN YATES- TRAINEE VALUER/NEGOTIATOR Dan is a student member of the NAEA and is currently working towards an NVQ level 3 in the Sale of Residential Property through a government sponsored scheme. He has been with the company for over a year and is proving himself to he a highly competent member of staff.
LINDSAY PRICE – NEGOTIATOR/ADMINISTRATOR Lindsay has had 13 years experience in office and administration work. She is qualified in Business Studies, Computer Studies and is trained to level 3 pitmen in typing. She has worked for Mark Price & Company for 2 years.
